Butterfly Pea steals the show in this kombucha by turning it a wonderful shade of purple! This flower naturally changes color based on acidity similar to a pH tester! We also flavor this booch with lots of fresh ginger to give it a slightly spicy and citrus-like flavor!
Jun, the close cousin of kombucha is made by using raw honey instead of cane sugar. Jun is floral and tart which plays wonderfully off of the fresh lavender buds and lemon added to this kombucha. Think lemonade, but way better.
